At First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, ministry for children is vibrant and energetic, and offers countless opportunities for families to grow in their faith together, and individually. Children and Family Ministry includes children aged newborn through fifth grade, and offers care and support from the cradle through tween years. We hope to foster your child’s faithfulness and nurture their love for God at each stage of life, preparing them to be faithful youth. We celebrate milestones at various ages so children will recognize and claim their blossoming faith. Every aspect of our ministry is centered around Christ and works to minister to families as a whole. You and your child will always be able to find an opportunity to worship, learn, serve and connect. We hope your family will feel right at home at FPC!

Director of Children and Family Ministry
At First Presbyterian, youth ministry is about connecting one to another, persons meeting persons, sharing in suffering and joy, sharing life before God and understanding that in our shared connections Jesus Christ is present. As our interactions with youth become more infused with prayer and relationship, as our ministries become more attentive to the movement of God, our programs become more natural and responsive to the real needs of teenagers.
