Habitat for Humanity

Each year since the mid-1980s, First Presbyterian Church has partnered with other Atlanta churches to build one or two Habitat houses for working families in need of decent and affordable homes. Volunteers need not be skilled, but must be available to work one or more of the seven Saturdays needed to complete a house. Volunteers have the opportunity to get to know both the homeowners and each other and enjoy a most rewarding experience.

For more information or to volunteer, contact Volunteer Coordinator Marie Wandera.
