10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. The Mérode Altarpiece (or Annunciation Triptych) is an oil on oak panel triptych, now in The Cloisters, in New York City and is considered one of the great masterpieces of Northern Renaissance art.
Robert Campin’s, the Merode Altarpiece, is full of hidden symbols meant to lead the viewer into deep reflection on the mysteries of the Incarnation.
